I am feeling healthier and energetic. My good cholesterol went up to 58 from 45 and my fasting sugar dropped from 110 to 81. My weight came down to a healthy level. Doing the Nirahara samyama helped me experience that the need to eat solid food is psychological. I did not have food craving because of Master’s energy. I am constantly in a higher energy state and my overall relationship with others have improved.
