Previously I cant be with hunger for a long time. If I am getting hungry my anger will increase, and I will scold everyone but now after attending the Nirahara Samyama I can feel a huge difference even when I feel hungry I can withstand it. The anger has completely gone from my system. I have the confidence that I can overcome the food pattern. I am feeling the difference in my day to day life, and slowly my irritating patterns have gone away. Also, I am able to mingle with the society freely.
